• Description: Dear Lucy handles the admin tasks and maintenance of your Dear Lucy, such as sending user invitations and making sure that your Dear Lucy is working as it should. The service includes 4 calls per year to go through your Dear Lucy dashboards and also includes additional customisations and modifications required to update the solution, within the 8 hours of work included in the service. Additional hours can be added at a price per hour rate.
