Set up or update your Payment method and Subscription

Adding or changing your billing details in Dear Lucy is easy.

Add billing details

1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly payment plan
3. Choose the number of seats you need (minimum 10)
4. Add the details for Billing contact, Billing address and your Payment method (credit card details)
5. Press Order to complete the process and start using Dear Lucy beyond the free trial

Please note:

• VAT is added only to companies from Finland
• Dear Lucy credit card payments is handled by Stripe: www.stripe.com

Update billing details

1. Navigate to Settings > Billing
2. You will see your current Billing information, Payment method and Subscription
3. Press the Edit icon next to any of the fields to update or change the information

Change Payment method to manual invoices
