Dear Lucy customizations are offered at a standard rate of € 300 per customization. The list below shows some of the most common customizations we offer, but please don't hesitate to contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any requests you may have.
Customizations are available for Pipedrive, HubSpot and Salesforce integrations for customers on a Business or Enterprise payment plan.
Dear Lucy validates all customization requests to ensure that we can access the data in the right format before any customization work begins.
If you have custom fields attached to opportunities or deals in your CRM, it can often be added to Dear Lucy as:
- A drop-down dimension filter
- A custom chart
Changes to time ranges for metrics
Most metrics in Dear Lucy are displayed by calendar year or monthly values but it’s possible change the time periods for dashboards or certain metrics to better align with your reporting periods.
- Financial year alignment
- From Monthly to Weekly or Quarterly metrics
It’s possible to change how the metrics are calculated, provided that Dear Lucy can fetch any new data required in the correct format through the existing connector to your CRM.
We can also create new metrics by combining existing values and dimensions in the dashboard. For example, “Avg. deal size per person” combines “Avg. deal size” and “Person” to create a new metric.
