Adding Avatars / Sales Person Pictures to Dear Lucy

You can liven up your sales dashboards by adding avatars of your sales persons to Dear Lucy and using designated tiles to show e.g. top sales results by person.

Adding Avators / Sales Person Pictures

To add pictures or avatars associated with sales persons, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings (the cogwheel in the bottom right corner) > Account > Avatars

2. Each of your sales person will have a generic image associated with them. Click the Settings-button in order to upload your own picture.

3. Press the Upload Picture button and select the picture you would like to upload from your computer. Once added, you can adjust your picture, to see how it will be displayed on the dashboards.

Press Confirm once you're happy with how the picture will be displayed.

4. Once back to the menu with all pictures, select the picture associated with the correct sales person and press Choose Avatar. The chosen picture will now be shown for that sales person in certain designated tiles in Dear Lucy.

5. To see the images of the sales people on the dashboards, all you need to do is select a Tile from the tile gallery that has the word (Image) in it. For example, you can open up the tile gallery from the dashboard view by pressing:

Edit Dashboard (pen icon in bottom right corner) > + Add tile 

And then just type "top" in the search field and you will see a few tiles with the (Image) in their name. These tiles will automatically show the associated pictures of the sales team on the dashboards.

Please note that only admins are able to add pictures associated with sales persons in Dear Lucy.
