How do I invite users to the dashboard?

Make sure your whole team has access to the dashboard

It’s easy to add and invite users to your dashboard. You can also manage whether new users should have administration rights or just basic rights, and which dashboards they are allowed to see.

Please note that you are only able to invite new users to your dashboard if you are yourself an administrator in the system.

Administration rights gives the user access to the administration interface, whereas basic users won’t be able to see it.

Remember to keep the user list up-to-date and to delete any users who e.g. leaves your organization to ensure your data is accessible only for intended users.

1. Click the cogwheel to access Settings.

2. Click "Users" from the menu on the top left and then click "+ Invite User".

3. Enter name, email and credentials for the new user in the pop up window.
