How do I log in to Dear Lucy?

A) If your team is using Dear Lucy and you already have user credentials to Dear Lucy

If you have already used Dear Lucy, you can log in to your Dear Lucy workspace on our login page.

The address (URL) for your dashboards is typically company.dearlucy.co (i.e. replace the COMPANY with your own company name).

In some cases, the web address might be something else if you have edited the web address to be something different at the time of signing up to Dear Lucy.

If you cannot remember the web address of your workspace, check your email inbox for Dear Lucy onboarding emails. Those include a direct link to your team's workspace.

B) If your team is using Dear Lucy and you do NOT have user credentials to Dear Lucy

If your team or company is using Dear Lucy dashboards and you would like to start using the dashboards on your own device, you will need an invite to access the dashboards.

Your team will have one or more ADMINs that can send you an invite.

Please contact your team members to find out who your admin is and ask them to send you an invitation.
