First integration may take a few minutes
The initial integration to any new system may take a few minutes, depending on the amount of data that has to be fetched. Dear Lucy fetches 24 months worth of data by default.

Data doesn't match my Pipedrive data?
This is typically related to Pipedrive being integrated to Dear Lucy more than once, with a different pipeline (or pipelines) selected each time. While an integration can be removed, the data from the initial Pipedrive integration still lingers within the dashboards. When new pipelines are introduced, the new data is mixed with the old and typically results in figures that don't add up properly.
To sort this problem out, please delete your existing Pipedrive integration and redo the integration process, selecting the relevant pipelines.
- Delete the existing Pipedrive integration by pressing the trash bin icon in Settings > Integrations.
- Press the Pipedrive icon in Settings > Integrations.
- Follow the steps in your browser to re-integrate with Pipedrive, selecting the relevant pipelines that you want to have represented in the dashboards.
