Yes, it's possible to extract more data from your Pipedrive and visualize it on the dashboards. Dear Lucy offers these types of customizations through a small set-up fee. To have additional metrics from Pipedrive in the dashboards, just follow the steps below:
- Send a request to support@dearlucy.co with information regarding what type of metrics you'd like to add to the dashboards.
- Try to specify how you would like to visualize the metric: E.g. a bar chart or pie chart?, rolling timelines or by month?, etc..
- Dear Lucy will check that we can access the necessary data and then confirm the scope and price with you before implementing the additional metrics.
