Dear Lucy supports integration with Visma Netvisor
If you are new to Dear Lucy, you first need to sign-up to proceed with the integration.
Once your dashboard environment is set up, go to the settings menu (the cogwheel in the bottom right corner) and press "Integrations" from the menu to the left.
Click the Netvisor icon and a separate window in your browser will open up and ask for your Netvisor credentials (Organization ID, Customer ID and Customer Key). Follow the steps inside the tool to integrate with Dear Lucy.
Once the process is complete, your Financials dashboard will be automatically set up within Dear Lucy and will be populated with your data from Netvisor. Depending on the amount of data in the system, the first integration may take up to 5 minutes before all metrics are populated.
Where can I find my Netvisor credentials?
You need three pieces of information to successfully integrate with Netvisor:
- Your Business ID (this is your Company ID / Y-tunnus). The Business ID should be written in the following format: 1234567-8. In other words, not with the "FI" prefix, and including the "-".
- User ID (this is your Netvisor User ID)
- Key (this is the API key)
Step 1:
Go to API and Identifiers under the main drop-down menu:

If the table is empty, press Create new API identifier to create API credentials for Dear Lucy.
Step 3:
The User ID and the API Key are located in the circled places in the image below. Copy this information to the Customer ID and Customer Key fields in Dear Lucy to successfully integrate to Netvisor.
