The initial integration to any new system may take a few minutes, depending on the amount of data that has to be fetched. Dear Lucy fetches 24 months worth of data by default.

Is the dashboard showing the wrong figures?
Since the API's for Sympa HR integration are manually created, there is a small chance for human errors which sometimes result in incomplete data or empty widgets.
The first thing to check is whether the current number of employees matches between the dashboards and Sympa HR. If this figure is correct we can be sure that no employees are filtered out from Sympa HR to Dear Lucy. If some employees are filtered out, many other metrics might be affected as a result.
Dear Lucy counts the number of employees using the first start date and employment end date to determine the number of current employees. If a person has a start date, but not an end date, it is counted as a current employee. Furthermore, if a person is missing a start date, they will not be counted by Dear Lucy dashboards and Dear Lucy does not take into account whether employees are Active or Passive.
To check whether the figures match, you can run the following report in your Sympa HR which should generate the same amount of employees as in Dear Lucy (see screenshot below):
Please note that in the screenshot, where it says "02.12.2019", that should be replaced with today's date in your Sympa HR report.
