How do I integrate Saima HR with Dear Lucy? – Dear Lucy

Dear Lucy supports integration with Saima HR

To integrate Saima HR with Dear Lucy, Visma Saima first need to enable the necessary API's.

Please notify your Visma Saima contact that you would like to integrate with Dear Lucy and Visma Saima will quickly enable the API's and share the necessary details with you (Instance name and API Key). If you are new to Dear Lucy, you first need to sign-up to proceed with the integration.

In the meanwhile, Dear Lucy will set up the dashboard environment for you and send you an invite to your dashboards. Once you have received your API credentials, go to the settings menu (the cogwheel in the bottom right corner).

When you're in Settings, press "Integrations" from the menu on the top and then press "+ Add new integration" from the submenu on the left hand side.

Click the Visma Saima icon and a separate window in your browser will pop up and ask for your Saima HR credentials. Fill in your Instance name and API key.

Once the process is complete, your Saima HR dashboards will be automatically set up within Dear Lucy and will be populated with your data from Saima HR. Depending on the amount of data in the system, the first integration may take up to 5 minutes before all metrics are populated.
