Dear Lucy's Agentic Report Builder is an AI-powered assistant designed to help you quickly build reports and analyze your business data. It only has access to your own data within Dear Lucy's database (Amazon Web Services, located in Ireland).
AI Transparency & Intended Use
The Agentic Report Builder operates as a Limited Risk AI system. It is intended strictly for business intelligence, analytics and reporting. To ensure compliance with the EU AI Act, the Agent will not respond, and must not be used to make HR judgments and employment decisions based on individual employee performance reports
When using the chatbot, users will be interacting directly with an AI system. While we strive for high accuracy, the Agent uses Text-to-SQL modelling; we recommend that a human reviews all AI-generated reports before using them for critical business decisions.
Security & Architecture
The Agentic Report Builder is powered by two Large Language Models: a conversational chatbot and a Text-to-SQL model. Our sub-processors for the Agent are Amazon Bedrock (Amazon Web Services Inc.) and Langfuse (Clickhouse Inc., for LLM engineering and monitoring), both located within the EU.
