Dear Lucy supports a number of different dropdown filters for business dimensions which you can apply to your dashboards. If you have the data in your source system in the default fields, the filters below will also work seamlessly on your Dear Lucy dashboards.
Dropdown business dimensions should be linked to your running integration and type of source data. In other words, you should select a Sales dropdown filter if you have a CRM integration running. The dropdown filters will not work if, for example, an HR filter is selected and applied to a dashboard showing CRM metrics.
The standard dropdown menu offers the following business dimension filters, for the following integrations:
Activities (Sales)
Applies to dashboards showing activity metrics sourced from Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce
- Activities by type
- Activities by person
- Activities by pipeline
Sales
Applies to dashboards showing sales metrics sourced from Pipedrive, HubSpot or Salesforce
- Sales by person
- Sales by deal type

HR
Applies to dashboards showing metrics sourced from Sympa HR or Saima HR
- Employees by country
- Employees by company
